I write for all the national and international women's magazines, newspapers and appear on national TV. If you have a story please email me alley@alleyeinstein.co.uk. I an a proud supporter and spokesperson for a number of charities including POST AND PRE NATAL DEPRESSION, MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, CHILD RELATED ILLNESS AND DISABILITY and VICTIMS RIGHTS GROUPS as well as working to eradicate bullying in all its forms. I proudly support the campaign to raise awareness begun by their Royal Highnesses, Prince William, Prince Harry and the Duchess of Cambridge as regards Mental Health Awareness.
